Shipping policy

PLEASE READ BEFORE MAKING YOUR PURCHASE

 

Please Allow 1-2 Business Days (not including Holidays) for PROCESSING time before your order is shipped. Regardless of the shipping selection your order HAS TO BE PROCESSED. Yes, that includes overnight packages as well! Your order will be processed according to our processing times (1-2 business days) then shipped using your selected shipping preference.

By purchasing from INNER GLOW LIFE and selecting overnight or expedited shipping you are agreeing that it may not go out OR get processed overnight but your order will be SHIPPED overnight or expedited. There are NO shipping refunds once your order has shipped. 

We do put all expedited and overnight packages at the front of the processing que each day. 

Orders will be shipped via USPS or DHL and tracking will be provided within 2 days of your purchase.

-Delivery time:

For US Orders: Please allow 3-8 business days

 

-The purchaser is responsible for providing us with the correct mailing address. PLEASE CHECK THE ADDRESS ON YOUR ORDER/PAYPAL/ OR ACCOUNT BEFORE PURCHASING.  Please be certain your address is correct regardless of your ordering process, before finalizing your order. We can not be responsible for goods delivered to the wrong address. Once shipped we will not be responsible for the wrong address.

-Lost or Stolen Packages:

By purchasing your products, YOU AGREE that Inner Glow Life will not be held responsible for lost, delayed or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery address. Once the packages have been processed and leaves our facility it is no longer our responsibility, please check with USPS for all shipping questions, concerns and updates. 


DAMAGED PRODUCT AND INCORRECT ORDERS:

By purchasing your products, YOU AGREE that Inner Glow Life will not be held responsible If you receive damaged product. If you feel you need to reach out to customer service, please provide a picture within the email for review. If you feel that your order was processed or filled incorrectly, you must contact us by phone or email within 5 days of receiving your order.
